SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Tiruchirappalli campus organized the program "Mindshaping" on career guidance on 21st January 2023 at 10 AM at SRM auditorium. The Director, Dr. N. Malmurugan presided over the function. Dr. A. Sundararajan, Vice-Principal, College of Allied Health Sciences welcomed the gathering. The speaker was the Nation-fame Mr. Jayaprakash Gandhi, the Career consultant & Analyst. He talked on the role of social media in career growth when utilised genuinely. He dwelt upon the new technology ‘Parallel Reality’ and its demand and scope in future. He also suggested many ways to rise up to the occasion during placements in the areas of Data Science, Cyber Security, Cloud Security, Block Chain Technology and Communication. The final session was highly interactive enabling the students express their thoughts and made them familiar with the probable questions during placement drives. Dr. C.
