The Department of Business Administration successfully organized an Alumni Talk on "Career Pathways – From Campus to Corporate" on July 29, 2025, through Webex. The session witnessed the enthusiastic participation of 134 students, who gained valuable insights into career readiness and corporate expectations. The guest speaker, Ms. Judit Jeya Princy, an alumna of the BBA (2021–2024) batch and currently serving as an IT Support Intern – SAP and Service Desk at Canadian Retail Operations, shared her journey from academics to the international corporate environment.
The talk addressed vital areas including:
- Navigating the transition from college life to the corporate world
- First-hand experiences in international IT support environments
- Key competencies for excelling in global operations and service desk roles
- The importance of early skill-building and professional preparedness during college
The session fostered inspiration and practical awareness among students, helping them understand the expectations of the professional world and motivating them to shape their career paths proactively. The talk was well-received by participants, who appreciated the real-world insights and the encouraging tone of the session. The alumni engagement proved impactful, providing a relatable success story and offering actionable guidance to students preparing for life beyond the classroom.
