The School of Computing, SRM Institute of Science & Technology, Tiruchirappalli, successfully conducted a 5-Day National Level Faculty Development Program (FDP) on “ICT-61: AI and Cloud-Based Tools for Effective Teaching & Learning”, in collaboration with Wadhwani Foundation for AI and NITTTR Chandigarh, from 15th September to 19th September 2025.

The program witnessed enthusiastic participation from faculty members from various institutions. Eminent experts from industry and academia, alongside NITTTR faculty, delivered insightful sessions covering the latest trends and tools in AI and cloud-based technologies for education. The program provided participants with hands-on experience, interactive discussions, and practical insights to enhance teaching-learning processes through AI and cloud tools. Feedback from participants was overwhelmingly positive, highlighting the practical relevance and knowledge enrichment gained from the FDP.
