SRM Institute of Hotel Management conducted a FOOD FESTIVAL with the theme of “CHINA MOON” on 29.08.2024, Thursday in our Model Restaurant to showcase the rich culinary heritage of China. The festival aimed to celebrate the unique flavors and traditions of Chinese cuisine. The fest was inaugurated by our Dean of Science and Humanities, Dr. D.F.X. Christopher and our Vice Principal, Mr. J. Prince Antony. The event was successfully coordinated by Mr M. Pravin and Mr. R. Sundarapandiyan with the help of our faculty members along with the students of the second year Diploma in Hotel Management and Culinary Club of IHM. Varieties of Chinese cuisine is delicious displayed and tasted by the various college students and staff of the SRM group of institutions, Tiruchirappalli.
