On 12.08.2024, Monday in our Training Restaurant, we organized a cooking competition to 78th India's Independence Day. It was inaugurated by our Dean of Science and Humanities, Dr. D.F.X. Christopher and our Vice Principal, Mr. J. Prince Antony. Our special guest, Rev. Fr. M. Arulanandu, Principal of Jegan Matha Matric. Higher Secondary School, Trichy. The event was successfully coordinated by Mr. M. Pravin and Mr. R. Sundarapandiyan with the help of our faculty members along with the students IHM Students and Culinary Club of IHM. The event aimed to bring together culinary enthusiasts, foster patriotism, and showcase the diversity of Indian cuisine.
