    2. Successfully completed the 4-week online course Effective Writing offered by NPTEL in association with AICTE through the SWAYAM initiative. The course enhanced academic and professional writing skills, focusing on clarity, structure, and effective communication.
    3. Completed the 4-week online course Management of New Products and Services through NPTEL–AICTE SWAYAM MOOC, earning an Elite Certificate. The program provided in-depth knowledge on product development, innovation strategies, and service management practices.
    4. Successfully completed the 8-week online course Retail Management under the NPTEL–AICTE SWAYAM MOOC platform, securing an Elite Certificate. The course strengthened understanding of retail strategies, consumer behavior, merchandising, and retail operations management.

    1. Currently serving as Assistant Professor at SRM Institute of Science and Technology from 01 December 2024 to till date (1 year & 2 months), and previously worked as Assistant Lecturer at the same institution from 20 February 2023 to 30 November 2024 (1 year & 9 months).
