  • Work Experience

    Career began as a Commis Chef at Alkaff Mansion Italian Restaurant and The Ritz-Carlton Millenia, Singapore. Later served as Demi Chef de Partie at ITC Grand Chola from April 2013 to November 2014. Subsequently worked as Sous Chef de Cuisine at FO0’D by Davide Oldani in Singapore from December 2014 to December 2015. Continued international industry experience as Chef de Partie at DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai - Jumeirah Beach from January 2016 to July 2017, followed by the position of Executive Sous Chef at Cipriani Italian Restaurant from August 2017 to August 2019. Transitioned into academia as Lecturer – Food Production at SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai, from October 2019 to May 2021. Later served as Assistant Professor at Chitkara University, School of Culinary Arts, from August 2021 to December 2024. Most recently worked as Assistant Professor in the Department of Hospitality Science at Yenepoya Institute of Arts Science and Commerce from January 2025 to January 2026.
