IoT based Attendance System for MGNREGS

This work proposes an IoT-based attendance and safety monitoring system for MGNREGS workers using a wearable device that combines fingerprint authentication, GPS-based geofencing, and health sensors (heart rate, SpO2) for tamper-resistant presence validation. The solution is mainly implemented on Raspberry Pi Pico W for low-power edge processing and secure connectivity, and it can also be deployed on ESP32-based platforms for flexible IoT integration in diverse field conditions.

DEXTRA

DEXTRA is a sensor‑driven wearable orthotic glove designed to assist individuals affected by partial hand or forearm paralysis. The system uses pressure sensors and tendon‑like mechanisms to support controlled finger and wrist movement. It is designed to be lightweight, safe, and comfortable for daily use while keeping the electronics minimal and non‑intrusive. The prototype demonstrates how wearable assistive technology can help restore basic hand functionality and improve independence for users with mobility limitations.

Fuel Integrity System

Smart Fuel Real-Time Monitoring System (SFRTMS) is a hardware‑based solution designed to monitor fuel quantity and fuel integrity directly from vehicle fuel tanks in real time. The system detects fuel adulteration, fuel theft, and abnormal fuel variations by measuring actual fuel conditions instead of relying on indirect estimations. By integrating sensors, embedded electronics, and dashboard indicators, the system provides transparent and reliable fuel insights for individual vehicle owners and fleet operators.
